Eric A. Booth’s real estate career began in his early childhood years. With two uncles that have over 30 years of real estate experience combined, Eric’s knowledge of the Chicagoland real estate market continued. Having one uncle that is co-owner of one of the most prestigious real estate offices in the North Shore and another that specializes in property management and condo conversions in Chicago, Eric was able to learn all sides of the real estate market. Prior to joining Century 21 M.B. Real Estate, Eric was the Broker/Owner of Realty Advisors Elite, a small independent office in the Northside of Chicago.  Eric has a twenty-four hour, seven day-a-week work ethic that never seems to run dry. His sole responsibility is making sure that your purchase or sale of real estate is handled with the utmost character and responsibility.

 

Eric was born and raised in Chicagoland area and grew up in the northwest suburbs. Specializing in Economics and Marketing, Eric received his Business Degree from Lake Forest College in Lake Forest, IL. This gave him the special incite to view how different economic trends effect the real estate market, and how to market different properties to the most qualified buyers at the lowest cost, while getting the highest visibility. When it comes to buying and selling real estate, Eric continues to reach new heights. Making sure every seller receives the highest dollar amount for their property and the same time making sure that each and every buyer agrees to make their purchase at the lowest market value.
